I have answered some of the more commonly asked questions below, but please get in touch if there is anything else you would like to ask me.

What can I expect from a counsellor?

That whatever you bring to counselling will be treated with respect and in a non-judgemental manner.

How long will counselling take?

This will depend on you, the client, and how quickly you begin to engage with the task of overcoming whatever you bring to counselling, although it is important to stress that we will work at a pace in which you are most comfortable.

How often will I see my counsellor?

This could be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even just once, if this is what you require. It depends what you bring into counselling and your own personal needs.

How long will counselling sessions last?

Usually from 50 minutes to an hour.

How much will each session cost?

£35.00 per session during the daytime
£40.00 per session for evenings
£50.00 per session for relationship counselling
The first session for individual counselling is at a special price of £20.00
The first session for relationship counselling is at a special price of £25.00
Supervision £45.00 per 1½ session
Trainer counsellors £20.00 per session
